The Easter Bunny is a figure LEGO released in 2018 as one of the five BrickHeadz holiday sets, alongside Valentine’s Bee 40270, the Halloween Witch, the Thanksgiving Turkey and Mr. & Mrs. Claus. It is the thirtieth figure in the series and is made of 126 pieces. It joined my collection in August 2022, when I was ordering older sets on BrickLink. The grey bunny with pink inner ears holds a basket of Easter eggs, and on its base LEGO added a carrot and two colourful eggs to set the mood.

The build itself turned out to be quick. One detail won me over: the Easter eggs scattered around the base, which are easy to rearrange whenever I feel like a new composition. On my shelf 40271 stands next to the Easter Chick 40350, which LEGO released a year later as an Easter follow-up to the holiday series.
