I have already described set 40552: Buzz Lightyear and I rate it as highly as possible, but I have to add that turning to the Toy Story characters at all is a great idea and a pleasant surprise. Set number 40553 is a picture of what BrickHeadz should be (and unfortunately isn’t always).

So here we get two characters from Toy Story. Both are expressive and well portrayed. I won’t hide that Woody looks better, although that is surely partly down to my greater fondness for him as the main character of the series. His mini spurs and the ring on his back are adorable, and the build of his tilted hat is clever. On top of that, two pieces are hidden inside that are meant to imitate cotton stuffing. Very clever!
Bo Peep has a more traditional look, but her build is not traditional at all, and her standout feature is the pink bow in her hair.
Along with the figures we also get some nice printed pieces.
