Last month I posted a short note about this set on the microblog, and today we already have all the details.
The first photo of this set was of poor quality and I assumed we would quickly see official photos. It didn’t happen as quickly as I expected, but we don’t have to wait any longer.
Set number 40668 will contain two figures: Captain America (BrickHeadz number 242) and Red Hulk (BrickHeadz number 243). Both of these characters have already appeared in our favourite LEGO series, so I can grumble again 😉 On the other hand, I think the figures look interesting.
This set also clears up the question of where BrickHeadz numbers 242 and 243 went. Lots of people were asking about it online because those numbers had gone missing for a while. From the very beginning it was fairly obvious they would turn up in this set, but not everyone had to know that, so if you had doubts, you no longer need to worry about a gap in the numbering in your collection.
I’ll just add that the release is of course on 1 December and the piece count is a modest 202. You can already see the whole thing on the LEGO website. See you in the shops!
