The Internet is buzzing. The Holy Grail of the BrickHeadz world, Nonnie from the Inside Tour 2017, has shown up on eBay.
Personally, this is the first time I’ve seen it up for sale. Apparently a few months ago one was available on bricklink.com, and the sales history on that platform points the same way. There it went for around PLN 4,000, which is absurdly low and makes me doubt whether it was a genuine figure. If it was, someone was very lucky…
The price on eBay is £1900 for now, but there are still well over 8 days until the auction ends. I wonder how it will turn out. What’s very interesting is that the owner writes in the description that he has two figures. One is the one now up for sale, number 71 and never opened, and the other has an unknown number, but we can see it in a photo in the auction because the owner built it and now shows what this model looks like once built. The owner also mentioned that he took part in the LEGO Inside Tour 2017, which of course explains where he got this figure, but not where he got two 😉
The auction ends on 27 October and I’m convinced the price will be astronomical 😉 So astronomical that all I can do is watch and wish good luck to everyone taking part in the auction. I’ll also keep an eye out for when the second figure appears on eBay, because the owner has already announced he will sell it.
Auction address: https://www.ebay.com/itm/335616936141. Sold from the UK. Shipping costs and taxes are very high.

Update 2024-10-27
We now know how much money you need to get this figure. On the last day only 3 people were still bidding. Until the final minutes you could hope the price would be “acceptable”, but at the last moment the amount shot up and in the end the lucky winner is £6 100 poorer. In our money that’s around PLN 32,000. Plus colossal taxes if the buyer isn’t from the UK and decides to have it shipped (which would be madness, but who knows).
