40442: Goldfish

I consider BrickHeadz Pets a failed experiment, but you have to appreciate the attempt to go beyond the standard rules that the whole series follows. The desire to break through these barriers is especially visible in the sets with fish, such as LEGO 40442. And I consider this attempt a complete failure. After all, what is so appealing about this set? Two blocks of orange bricks. That’s it. There’s nothing here to praise, nothing that would encourage you to buy it and put these figures on your shelf. Nor is BrickHeadz Pets helped by the fact that, unlike the “normal” sets, there are no printed pieces here, only stickers. I honestly wonder how anyone managed to convince the decision-makers at LEGO to release this set.
