We didn’t have to wait long, and we already have official photos of the set in the title, which I wrote about on 22 March. It’s starting to appear on more language versions of lego.com.
So far the set is getting a very good reception. The Ewok certainly makes the biggest impression, with R2D2 right behind it, but the other characters look very good too. Trying to be objective, I think this will be a really good and very consistent set. The fact that it’s Star Wars, after all, with widely loved characters, certainly plays its part in the overall verdict too.
Now we’re waiting for the price (update: the price is PLN 179.99), and in a month we’ll be able to enjoy the new figures. Meanwhile, you do remember that new BrickHeadz Minecraft sets hit the shops today, right? 🙂
