In August the first leaks about next year’s sets appeared, which I wrote about in this post. Since then no new information had turned up, until suddenly set number 40673 was put up on lego.pl. And so we now know everything about the first BrickHeadz set of 2024.
For fans of the BrickHeadz series the year looks more or less like this: at the start there are new releases every month, around the summer holidays it gets quieter, there’s still some release in September and then one big NOTHING until the end of the year. Roughly halfway through the year leaks appear about the sets planned for the following year. This year was no exception, but since it’s already November we have the first concrete news. Out of the blue, all the information about the upcoming set number 40673: Spring Festival Mickey Mouse appeared on lego.pl.
The set will be available from 1 January 2024, at PLN 44.99. We can count on 120 pieces. And that’s basically it… 😉 The Mickey figure looks charming, but I can’t understand why LEGO keeps reaching for the same characters.
